These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of badjile. By registering an account or placing a bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Access to badjile is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. Age verification is mandatory during account registration.
One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one active account on badjile. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
BDT Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on badjile are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Fair Play Standards

Prohibited Activities

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and badjile ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using badjile in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.
badjile reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these terms (if any translation is ever provided), the English version shall take precedence in all cases.
badjile operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using badjile you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific jurisdiction and that you take full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
These terms apply to all products and services offered on badjile, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and all future product additions. Additional product-specific rules may apply and will be communicated within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product only.
Eligibility & Age
To open an account and use badjile you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are 18 years of age or older. badjile is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or playing under any circumstances.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
- You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of badjile or any of its affiliated game providers and payment partners.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from badjile, whether voluntarily through the self-exclusion programme or involuntarily as a result of a terms violation.
badjile conducts age and identity verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence at any point. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the originating payment method.
badjile supports responsible gaming and parental controls. If you believe a minor may have accessed your account or registered independently, contact our support team immediately at support@badjile or via 24/7 live chat. We treat all such reports with the highest priority.
Account Registration
Each eligible person may register one account on badjile. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. badjile employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed and any balance held within it forfeited.
Registration Requirements
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's details when registering. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your badjile username and password. badjile will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access with or without your permission — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
Account Verification (KYC)
badjile operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any stage:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (clear, unobstructed photograph or scan).
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet confirming account ownership.
- Source of Funds: In cases where significant deposits are made, badjile may request evidence of the lawful source of funds.
Documents are reviewed by the badjile compliance team within one to three business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). All submitted documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your badjile account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. badjile does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking your provider's fee schedule before depositing.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (BPL match days, national holidays) may take slightly longer to process; badjile will communicate any expected delays via the platform.
Withdrawals must be sent to the same wallet or bank account from which the corresponding deposit originated. badjile reserves the right to delay or reverse a withdrawal request if the destination account does not match the originating deposit source. This rule applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Failed Transactions
If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, contact badjile support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-submit the deposit before confirming the status with support, as this may result in a duplicate charge.
Bonuses & Promotions
badjile offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of the offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The standard wagering multiplier for deposit match bonuses on badjile is 20x the bonus amount, unless the promotion page specifies a different figure. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
Bonus Eligibility
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, suspended accounts, or accounts flagged for bonus abuse are not eligible.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering process.
- badjile reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, wagering pattern manipulation, or exploitation of promotional loopholes.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your account unless the promotion's specific terms state a different validity window. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. Ensure you complete the required wagering before the expiry date to retain eligibility for withdrawal of any winnings derived from bonus play.
badjile regularly runs seasonal promotions timed to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. User Obligations
By using badjile, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable rules at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited on badjile:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any material information to badjile.
- Money Laundering: Using badjile as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. badjile cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transactions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, signal passing in live games, or any form of chip dumping.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with badjile in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents platform security.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for deposits that have already been wagered. Chargeback fraud results in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
- Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward badjile support staff or other players in any shared platform environment.
You are also obligated to keep your contact information current and to respond promptly to any identity or payment verification requests from the badjile compliance team. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within the stated timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
Violation of any of the prohibited conduct rules above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance (including any winnings derived from prohibited activity), and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. badjile's determination in such cases is final.
Account Suspension & Closure
badjile reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement, provided false information during registration or verification, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your badjile account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@badjile. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, badjile will not allow login, deposit, or wagering activity on the excluded account. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat are actioned within one hour of confirmation.
Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. badjile will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the full remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification process.
Limitation of Liability
badjile provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous uptime, security, and accurate game results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
Scope of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, badjile shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use badjile.
- Losses attributable to platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications outages.
- Errors in published odds, game outcomes subsequently confirmed as correct by the certified RNG system, or delays in market settlement caused by third-party sports data providers.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Intellectual Property
All content on badjile — including but not limited to software, game graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and design elements — is the property of badjile or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from badjile.
Governing Language and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with their English text. Any dispute arising from the use of badjile should first be directed to the support team at support@badjile for resolution. badjile aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

badjile reserves the right to make the final determination on all matters relating to interpretation of these Terms & Conditions where ambiguity exists. Any waiver by badjile of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
